We are holding Services virtually while COVID is still an issue. We are working on ways to be church together when we are not able to actually be together in person. Our intention is to support each other as we support our larger community. We will post our ideas here and worship information in our newsletter. If you have questions, ideas or concerns, contact us here.
We are still grateful for your offerings.
All are welcome! Whoever you are, and wherev.er you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome here. We are a congregation of inquirers, engaging in our knowledge and understanding together.

We often see Joseph in the back of the manger scene, but his role is really more central to the story. Listen to Pastor James clarify Joseph’s role in bringing the Messiah.
December 15, 2019; Rev James Kosko; Scripture Reading: Romans 8:38-39; Matthew 5:1-4; A Time For Sharing
On this Third Sunday in Advent, we heard scripture that promised us a Savior, while we were grieving the loss of our beloved Sister in Christ, Gesila Steiner. During the sermon time, we shared our fond memories and stories. We are building a page with photos and comments. We will publish a link here when it is finished.
December 8, 2019 – cancelled due to snow.
FROM PASTOR JAMES It is with a sad and broken heart that I share with you this news. Our good friend and Sister in Christ, Gisela Steiner, passed into her eternal rest yesterday, December 8th, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Reno. By God’s grace, Marilyn, Bill, my wife Mary, Gisela’s step-daughter, Ruth, and I were all at her bedside for her last hours and she seemed to know it and take comfort in it, although she was unable to speak. Ruth and I are in conversation to plan a memorial service and we’ll be sure to let you all know when this will be. Please keep Gisela’s friends and family in your prayers and be sure to use all your creativity and generosity in keeping Gisela’s memory alive.
We are also hoping you will share any photographs you have of Gisela with us as we plan to compose a visual memorial for her; anything and everything about her love for singing, for skiing, and the outdoors. All will be welcomed and can be sent to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
With many thanks and blessings, Pastor James
